# PostCompact Hooks

**2 hooks** registered for the `PostCompact` lifecycle event.

| `post-compact-recovery` | `*` | Silent | PostCompact Recovery, logs the context carried across compaction CC 2.1.76+: Fires after compaction completes. |
| `webhook-forwarder` | `*` | Fire-and-forget | Registered for every CC event type in hooks.json (async: true). Delegates to telemetry.emit() which fans out to pluggable sinks (JSONL local + HTTP remote). No-op when no sinks are active. |
