**4 hooks** registered for the `PermissionRequest` lifecycle event.

| `unified-dispatcher` | `Bash` | Silent | Consolidates 2 PermissionRequest hooks for Bash into a single process spawn. |
| `webhook-forwarder` | `Bash` | Fire-and-forget | Registered for every CC event type in hooks.json (async: true). Delegates to telemetry.emit() which fans out to pluggable sinks (JSONL local + HTTP remote). No-op when no sinks are active. |
| `auto-approve-project-writes` | `Write\|Edit` | Silent | Auto-Approve Project Writes - Auto-approves writes within project directory |
