# CwdChanged Hooks

**2 hooks** registered for the `CwdChanged` lifecycle event.

| `cwd-changed` | `*` | Injects | CC 2.1.83: Fires when working directory changes. Returns updated watchPaths list and injects refreshed project context. |
| `webhook-forwarder` | `*` | Fire-and-forget | Registered for every CC event type in hooks.json (async: true). Delegates to telemetry.emit() which fans out to pluggable sinks (JSONL local + HTTP remote). No-op when no sinks are active. |
